A really professional packing and postage service for some fragile Royal Crown Derby porcelain. Each piece double wrapped with paper and bubble wrap and protected by polystyrene pebbles in the main box which was doubled up to make the outer edges more resilient to knocks in transit. Everything arrived safely and without any damage. I was given a very fair price and received an excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

After purchasing a ceramic bowl from an auction in Chichester I contacted Mailboxes etc (Chichester) and asked for a quote for picking the item up, packing it and shipping to my home address. The quote was very reasonable, the packing as good as it gets - double boxed - the item was wrapped in tissue paper then five layers of thin polystyrene sheets encased with bubble wrap - all extremely neatly done then with the polystyrene shapes for added protection. I paid for the item at auction on the 16th so it then had to be picked up packaged and posted. It was with me on the morning of the 21st. Cannot fault the level of service or care!

This was the first time I had used Mail Boxes Etc in Chichester. I asked them to pick up a valuable oil painting I had bought at a local auction house, pack it securely and professionally so that it was entirely safe from damage and accident when in transit, and then arrange to have it shipped to me in London. It arrived very promptly and I was deeply impressed by the quality of the packaging and the thought and care that had gone into it. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with them and I would certainly do so again. Given the professionalism of the service, they were not unduly expensive either.
