How It Works

Register your U.S. visa application on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/niv and verify if your case is eligible to the Interview Waiver Program, in which case you will be proposed a “Courier-in Certificate” that will be required to send your documents to the U.S. Consular Section.

• You can drop your documents free of charge to the Mail Boxes Etc. locations in Holborn (19 Bury Pl, London WC1A 2JB) and Belfast (38 Montgomery Business Park, Montgomery Road, Belfast, Antrim, BT6 9HL)


• Use the above store locator above if you want to drop your documents to other participating Mail Boxes Etc. branches across the UK. Please note that not all Mail Boxes Etc. branches are currently supporting this service. Please only use the branches displayed in the search result above.


• Ensure you have all required documentation before coming by to our store, including a copy of the “Courier-in Certificate”. The agent will pack your documents and process them towards the Mail Boxes Holborn and Belfast locations. Please note the services in the branches outside of Holborn and Belfast are subject to a nominal fee that can be paid at the store.


• Your documents will first be sent to the Mail Boxes Etc. Holborn or Belfast location, as indicated on your Courier-in Certificate to be further processed and then sent to the U.S. Consular section.


• Shipments usually take 1-2 working days to reach the Mail Boxes Etc. Holborn or Belfast locations.
