Electronic Files (including design artwork)
We accept artwork in JPG, PNG and PDF format. It is your responsibility to maintain and retain a copy of any original Electronic File that you upload to our website, or email to us. We accept individual Electronic Files with a maximum file size of 20 MB. Please use a third-party application such as We Transfer to send us larger files. We offer a pre-print design service for an additional fee. Otherwise we shall not be responsible for checking the accuracy, or the content of, any Electronic File supplied, including layout, colour-matching and copy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You should always supply artwork containing images, in CMYK format, and be aware that there can be a reasonable variation in colour between a representation of colour on screen, proof and final printed output. We recommend using ‘Rich Black’ when setting up artwork with significant black content.
If you supply an Electronic File which is not suitable for outputting on equipment normally adequate for such purposes, without adjustment or other corrective action we may make a charge for any resulting additional cost we incur, or we may reject your file without prejudice. We’ll always agree charges with you before we take any action.
